Heather Briglio
President
Heather Briglio joined Cove in 2009 and became President in 2014. She has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, beginning her career in 1978. Over that time, Heather has gained considerable knowledge in both prime and subprime lending.
A licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia since 2006, with a previous license in Ontario, Heather has held management positions for several national mortgage, trust, and financial services corporations.
Anna Solnickova, BBA, CPA, CGA, RI
Executive Officer
Anna Solnickova is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, management, and leadership. She started her mortgage industry career with a BC-based financial services firm in 2010 and at the time of her departure in 2023, held the position of Vice President, Finance.
Over her 13-year tenure with the company, she oversaw all financial, accounting, capital raising and administrative operations, including supervision of the accounting and investment teams, systems development and implementation, audit and record keeping, internal accounting, and investor and banking relations. Anna joined Cove as Executive Officer and Co-Owner in January 2025.
Carly Erickson
Underwriter, Broker
Carly joined the Cove team in 2009. She manages all the new deal submissions from application to completion and everything in between!
In recent years, she has become one of Cove’s primary underwriters. Due to her extensive experience in this role, she is also part of the lending committee for CMIC – primarily vetting the covenant of the deal.
Drea Beye
Mortgage Administrator
Drea joined Cove in 2010. She is responsible for the administration of all active mortgages – renewals, collections, insurance, strata, etc etc etc! She is the primary contact for all borrower relations at Cove.
Drea is also a licensed mortgage broker. Prior to joining Cove, Drea gained experience in various fields such as interior design and construction design.
Ming Chung
Bookkeeper
Ming is Cove’s bookkeeper handling all the accounting for Cove, CMIC, and various other internal lending companies. Contact Ming if you need assistance with a mortgage payout or funding.
